Topological applications of the topological degree to differential equations
In my talk, I will present the basic properties of the Brouwer topological degree. Next, I will provide some topological consequences of it in nonlinear analysis. Finally, I will show how to study the existence of periodic or homoclinic solutions with the help of the topological degree.
